Chef Gary

Born in New Jersey, Chef Gary describes himself as a "frustrated Mets fan". A chef of 35 years, with the last 12 in the film and television industry, Gary prepared meals for the cast and crew of over 60 film and TV projects throughout the East Coast.

Prior to catering in the film industry, Gary was Executive Sous Chef of the Country Club of North Carolina in Pinehurst. He also worked 5 years for the Southeast's most prolific and visionary restaurateur, Giorgios Bakatsias at Cafe Parazade in Durham, NC.
